Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Due to the limited number of seats and the nature of this event, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague from the same organisation by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.

In the unlikely event that the organiser must cancel or reschedule the event, attendees will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a future session.
